We all are Energy beings. Everything is Energy and interconnected.
When we interact with any person, or in a situation/thoughts/feelings, we are enegetically connected.
And an energetic cord/threads are created and these drain our energy; specially if you are vibrating at higher level than the other party/end.
That explains why we feel drained after talking to certain people, or watching a disturbing news/event even on social media or TV.
By intentionally cutting cords, we get our energy back.
Lord Michael specialises in it, we call Lord Michael and ask him to cut cords which are not in our highest good.
We also, ask him to cleanse our aura and put a protective shield with his divine light.
